The GlycamWEB Oligosacharide Library is a free service providing pre-built files containing structural information for many oligosaccharides of relevance to researchers, primarily in the biological sciences. Since the structures are constructed using information contained in the GLYCAM06 force field, they approximate well solution conformations. Of course, oligosaccharides are highly flexible and populate many conformations in solution, so any structure returned here should be regarded as one of many valid structures.
