The glycomimetic builder takes a user-provided 3D structure of a carbohydrate ligand bound to a protein receptor (complex.pdb) and attaches chemical moieties to user-selected atoms in the carbohydrate ligand. The attached moieties are adjusted to find the most favorable pose and ranked using a scoring function.
